2024 Panini Gold Standard Football was released on September 18, 2024, and the Gold Standard rookie count can be found here. It has a 100 card base set while some of the parallels are Platinum /75, Citrine /40, Rose Gold /24, Sapphire /5, and Black 1/1.

Overall, the 2024 Gold Standard rookie count has a fair amount of rookies. These early sets seem to be less picky on who they make cards for. If you are chasing rookies, the best bets you have are the Falcons, Packers, Patriots, and Eagles with 5. Stay away from the Browns, Lions, and Steelers.
